My 12 year old received a haircut at the denham springs location and I was completely horrified. I’m not sure what qualifications are required to work there but hairstylists for sure is not one of them. I think her name was Michelle, seeing as how she was completely rude didn’t introduce herself and spoke maybe three words that consisted of” OK YOURE FINISHED”. Never once asked what I wanted done to his hair , I told her multiple times. His fade was uneven and she took nothing off the top. I ended up taking him to another barber shop immediately after leaving there. Avoid this place by all means. Customer service along with how to cut hair is Apparently not on the qualification list to be employed there. He did a better job himself at two years old with my husband’s beard trimmers.

I walk in and tell this girl Lauren I still want long hair and I just want it cleaned up a little and she cuts atleast 3-5 inches off my hair that I’ve been growing out for a year and now I’m back to square one thanks a lot, she started cutting and asked if that was good and it was already way too short, what was I suppose to say? I’ll never go back to sport clips. I told her numerous times I didn’t want a shampoo and somehow I let her convince me to get one and of course get charged extra for it.
